Catherine Barrett

Catherine Barrett is a 4th grade teacher at the Academy.  She is a native of Huntsville.  This is her first year teaching after obtaining a B.S. in Elementary Education at the University of Alabama, graduating summa cum laude. Prior to coming to the Academy, Mrs. Barrett tutored and worked as a substitute teacher in Huntsville city, Madison city and Madison County school systems. Catherine is a member of Southwood Presbyterian.  She enjoys Bible study, walking, reading, traveling and cooking, to name a few of her interests. Her favorite Bible verses are Psalm 18:2 and Psalm 37.
