Lynn Farris

Lynn Farris teaches 5th Grade at the Academy. She grew up in Birmingham, AL.  Lynn has a B.S. in Elementary Education.  Prior to joining the staff at Whitesburg Christian Academy in 2009, she taught in numerous Christian and private schools all over the world, including Alabama, Florida, Colorado, England, and the Philippines.  Lynn’s 26+-year teaching resume is quite impressive.  Her husband, Will, is an electrical engineer.  They are the parents of two boys.  Lynn and Will are active members of their church, where she teaches a women’s Bible study.  In her spare time, she enjoys Auburn athletics, Bible study, reading, running, and history.  She also loves to decorate.  Her favorite Bible verses are Proverbs 3:5-6.
