Tuition and Fees Payment Options: Annual tuition and fees are due on June 1, 2010. If monthly payments are desired, a 12 month draft is available with payments beginning either June 5 or June 20 and ending in May 2011. If tuition and fees are paid in full by June 1, 2010, the following optional charges are not required.
Optional Charges: If a family chooses the monthly payment option, the FACTS Tuition Management Company will draft your account monthly. The current annual charge for this service is $38. This amount will be deducted upon receipt of the FACTS agreement. Additionally, there is a Dewar Insurance Fee of 3.0% of the total tuition. This insurance fee is drafted with other fees and tuition, but 100% of the amount is sent to the A.W.G. Dewar Insurance Company. This insurance policy payment insures 50% of your remaining tuition in the event your family relocates, etc. Brochures for this coverage are available in the Grammar and Upper School Offices. Please note: a student must attend a minimum of 14 days for the insurance to take effect. This option is available to all families, but required for those paying monthly by draft.
Tuition or supplemental fees must be current at the end of each quarter or report cards may not be issued. Additionally, Renweb privileges may be revoked if any monthly charges are not paid timely until the account is made current. Transfer records will not be provided for any student until all accounts are paid in full. Please contact the Finance Office if you have any questions.
